Background & History
The Sri
Kia Peng Condominium project
originally started out as the "Bunga Emas Apartment" during the early nineties. The developer
METZLER Sdn Bhd, full owner of the property, thus engaged
W.T.W.
Consultants Sdn Bhd
as the project manager for the development project. Piling work began in 1992, but
in 1993, Metzler invited ECON
Resources Sdn Bhd
to take up 70% of the equity and renamed the project "Sri Kia Peng Condominium".
The project was then revised with a new design. In July 1993, the finished project
obtained a Temporary Certification of Fitness (TCF), a year later it was issued a
full Certificate of Fitness (CF). Econ Resources also appointed a new Property Management
Consultation firm in April, 1996, Jones
Lang Wootton Malaysia for building management.
Retaining the basic essence of the earlier "Bunga Emas Project" design,
The Sri Kia Peng project has been refined with a few structural changes. The new
